blames you not the cheater

This book almost made me feel like I'm not allowed to get mad or have these feeling. It had a few good points. I also felt like slot of the concern was about how the cheater was hurt. Call me crazy but I don't think it's healthy to not get mad. He states a few times that he isn't saying that an affair is right but... he wants you to ask if it's your own fault that this happened to you. No it's not, your partner took it too far not you. This was not the book for me. It made me feel worse than I already did.
